What started out as a random smattering of life throughout the pregnancy of our 8th child has turned into something more. At 18 weeks we found out that our little boy has a fairly severe case of hydrocephalus. Overnight this blog transformed from the little oddities that filled our daily life to the journey of taking life day by day as we anticipate what the future brings.
Our little Samuel James is due August 24, 2010. We don't know if he will make it until then, and if he does we do not know what his life may be like.... Whether it be hours, days or years that we have with him, we do not know. But we treasure every moment we have with him now; he has already changed our lives in so very many ways.
